Lease or Buy Form

Lease or Buy Form must be filed, The data collected by this
form is used is for a Letter of Intent sent back to you for signing and faxing
to our operations office

The documents are the backbone of your aircraft acquisition for
lease or buy. Fees apply to all aircraft One Aerospace locates for you. No
inspection date, serial numbers or owner operators names or contact will be
forth coming with out the paid fee. The only exception is if we supply the
financing in which case the fee is paid on acceptance. No exceptions.

Note: If mandated by the principal party then an authorization letter is
required. Please have this letter written on the principal party's letterhead
and signed by an executive of the principal party.

SECTION II: START-UP OPERATORS
GENERAL INFORMATION (lease or purchase)
P In which country will you register the aircraft?
P Where will be the main base of operation?
P Do you have subsidiary companies? Names?
P In which countries do you and your subsidiaries have operations currently?
P In which countries do you and your subsidiaries plan to have operations?
P Can you demonstrate proof of capital? If yes, then in what form (for example,
bank reference or letter of credit)?
P A detailed business plan which includes the following (lease only)
· Financial projections (including assumptions)
· Detailed fleet plan for the next three years
· Proposed route structure and flight frequencies
· Detailed fleet financing and other capital expenditure obligations for the
next 3-5 years
· List of key competitors and their market share of proposed routes
P Organizational chart and biographies of key managers (lease only)
FINANCIAL INFORMATION (leases only)
P Ownership breakdown of lessee and borrower. If you are a subsidiary then will
a parent company guarantee be offered?
P Bank and lessor credit references (contact names and telephone numbers)
P If financing will be guaranteed by a third party or parent company then please
provide a minimum of three years worth of financial statements and latest
interim statements (highlighting cash balances) for that third party, the parent
company or guarantor

your aircraft (e.g. commercial passenger, tour operations, freight, military,
VIP, etc.)?
P Organizational chart and biographies of key managers (lease only)
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
P Ownership breakdown of lessee and borrower
(and parent company, if applicable). If you are a subsidiary then will we
receive a parent company guarantee?
P Bank and lessor credit references (contact names and telephone numbers).

for any legitimate commercial aircraft acquisition.

Aviation Industry:
Although email is convenient for day to day business,
We require prospective aircraft buyers to send a signed introduction or Letter
of Intent (LOI)/ Mandate on your or End User's letterhead by fax to Bangkok,
Thailand. Traditionally a standard procedure in aircraft sales.
We receive a large quantity of e-mail requests from new clients, many without
any details, and I am sure you understand that we can only allocate limited time
and resources to those who have introduced themselves in brief e-mail messages.
I apologize for this inconvenience, but I assure you our utmost efforts
upon receipt of your faxed Letter of Intent (LOI) and introduction of your
company and financial proof of funds (POF) for the most successful aircraft
deal.
BUYERS and SELLERS
If you are purchasing a commercial aircraft, please
indicate type, time frame (delivery date) and budget (Buyer's Mandate/POF). If
you are selling, we require technical specifications, price and a seller's
mandate.
In leasing , please indicate type of aircraft,
whether dry or wet lease, home airport, routes and estimated monthly block
hours.
