The above payment will be made without protest, delay
or deduction (others than Bank Transfer Fees) within
96 hours after the overall buyer's side commission
payment is received by the Buyer's Mandate. The above
individual paymasters will be responsible for the
payment of commissions to their own various referrals
and / or associates and / or further intermediaries.
Neither the Buyer's Mandate nor the Buyer is
responsible for further payments not mentioned is this
FPA.
This Fee Protection Agreement is referring to the
previous signed NC/ND with the same buyer's code.
