Any controversy or claim arising out of/or the breach there of and which is not settled between the signatories themselves, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the ICC Rules of Arbitration in the nearest ICC Regional Court of Arbitration of the Global Consultancy & Service’s or it's agencies, or any legal entity having jurisdiction over the matter. All international ICC non-circumvention and non-disclosure laws and provisions are in effect and will apply to all parties and individuals to this transaction and is binding for all parties and individuals to this transaction including employees, representatives, associates, assignees, relatives, designees, and third parties for the duration of this agreement. Any breach of this agreement shall immediately conclude any business transactions with the undersigned parties and shall initiate legal. This agreement is valid a period of 6 months with options to renew in 90 days.
