Notice A On all CGI Forms or communications through this
web concerning any aircraft the following applies and in non circumvent able
within any document online.
A.
SPECIFICATIONS
SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. AIRCRAFT SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE, LEASE OR WITHDRAWAL FROM
THE MARKET WITHOUT NOTICE.
B. Owners
operators must give due notice to changes on documents filed here automatically
or other wise. Cost are outlined in the NCND.
C.
Circumvention of our NCND LOI or other documents you sign stamp and or fax or
send by submission to any CGI form obligates you to that document and its
contents for a period not less than 90 days and not more than one year under
International Treaties and Anti Trust agreements in the Specified Countries
transactions are to or subsequently negotiated. Should any of these instruments
be circumvented by you, your assigns agents, brokers, airline, or immediate
signatory it is agreed to compensate 1Aerospace Alair division of GC&S Inc. and
any cost for litigations resulting there of. This is void where prohibited and
or negated in writing prior to finalization of instruments wherefore declared.
- All aircraft request must have an NCND and LOI
signed stamped and returned to 1Aerospace Network.
- POF Proof of Funds to perform the aircraft
acquisition described in your LOI MUST be submitted and approved prior to
disclosure of:
- Location
- Serial Numbers
- Owner/Operator
- Each transaction must have separate documents
listed in 1 and 2 above.
- The fee paid is for certified documentation
sent to you by courier signed and stamped by us after payment is approved.
- The fee is limited to maximum three complete
transactions per year, and stays valid for a period of three years, unless
other written agreement may supercede this document processing fee. Only
documentation processing fees are refundable should you wish to disengage
prior to disclosure.
- Refunds
All online credit card transaction
cancellations will be at cardholders cost. And will be processed as quickly
as your card provider will allow.
Refunds do not release you of any obligations
should you hold the full technical specifications to any aircraft we have
mandate to sell or acquire. Each NCND has it's own life span clearly noted
and initialed. We do not sell subscriptions, memberships or
installment type transaction.
- Disclaimer of Warranties. All services are sold "as is"
by 1Aerospace network without representation or warranty of any kind.
Except as set out above or in LOA (letter of authorization from owner or operator
verified on aircraft inspection), 1Aerospace disclaims all liability and
responsibility for the quality of the goods or services and you agree to
purchase such goods and services at your own risk. However, Alair 1Aerospace
network agrees to pass through to you any warranties, representations and
guarantees made by us or implied by law, which shall inure to your benefit.
- Some refunds, in some cases are not possible. Should
you have any questions regarding such a good or service, please contact
us prior to contacting our transaction provider.
- All legitimate refunds will be processed according to your representative,
bank or credit card issuer through transaction bank.
Using the free for all links
page (FFA) of post to any classified section you agree to receive periodical product and web updates by news letters
or other email at the address you provide irregardless of the sate of
residence, web site location or any pending internet email legislation
world-wide. Void where prohibited. We send only auto responders to posted
links and monthly updates if any. Notice:
the removal of your email from our list will also block site submission to
our FFA Links Network
page .
Conditions on posting to this network
- By submitting to FFA-links page you agree to
follow any and all proceedures set out above or described below. Posting by
software such as SubmitWolf or Addweb does not release you from accepting
confirmation or notice to renew. Multiple categories result in multiple

insure you know it comes from this web site by setting subject but can not
stop unscrupulous marketing. Please use a commercial email like Yahoo to
protect your personal email contacts.
You agree to receive periodical email with updates to our
web sites. Email system sends one mail when the Network sites are updated. You will not get multiple mail unless you have more than one
email address posted or multiple listings with different user names listed.
